Trip Down Town

I took some pictures of our trip to down town, I know its only 7 miles away, but the way gas prices are now we don't go town down very often...I have many more I'll post another time;

Down town center park, with stadium, water falls, and friday night bands

Down town is great for "One way streets".

A painted tree on the wall, it looks like the shadow of the tree next to it.

A bar and dance place called "The Crazy Horse" and use to be two other bars called "Third and up" and "Top Flight". You climb stairs up to the second level, and thats actually where I met my X-husband in 1986. We got married in 1988

A store that buys their clothes from the thrifty shops and resales them for higher price, not every one catches onto it so they make big bucks

Down-Town Bus station has a rose garden

Never thought the day would come when we would have to pay so much attention to taking a trip "downtown"...

Read an article recently about the coming rollback of gas prices...I guess it can't hurt to dream.

Beautiful pictures. We do not visit "downtown" so much because it is too far. And yes, gas is so high. Visiting the downtown is not even worth it.

Yes we can xlinks in our blogrolls. Just let me know when you are done.

Take care.
